Getting around the Ekhosoft Suite Support Portal

Welcome to the Ekhosoft Suite Support Portal where customers will be able to submit support tickets and browse documentation.

Non-logged in visitors will be able to view general access documentation on:

  • How to log in

  • How to submit tickets

  • How to navigate the Ekhosoft Suite Support Portal

by clicking on the Knowledge Base link (A) in the top navigation, the Getting Started with Ekhosoft card (B) or the Browse Articles panel (C).

To access additional documentation or submit tickets, users must first log in (D).

See these instructions on how to log in to the Ekhosoft Suite Support Portal.

Once logged in, users can see additional documentation categories (E), the Submit a Ticket link (F) in the top navigation, the Submit a Ticket panel (G) as well as the View All Tickets panel (H).

Furthermore, the Login link will be replaced by a User Avatar (I) which provides a user menu with links to:

  • Dashboard

  • My profile

  • Sign Out
